Step 1: Free Evaluation
Each client has unique SKUs, volumes, inventory needs, and ordering processes. To better understand your business, we start with a Free Evaluation lasting approximately one hour.
Step 2: Establish Measurable Goals
After the Free Evaluation, clients typically want Corrsource to help implement the recommendations and explore further opportunities. At this time, goals are shared and ROI (Return on Investment) benchmarks are established.
Step 3: Select Ongoing Service Plan
Clients are encouraged to select one of the following Ongoing Services Plans listed below. Goals are now set and Corrsource develops and implements a custom packaging optimization plan.
